Paramedics
Paramedics are specialists in pre hospital medicine, with unique experience of delivering advanced emergency care wherever you live, work, or play.
“Paramedic” is a protected professional title that can only be used by those registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. It is a criminal offence to falsely claim to be a paramedic.
Titles such as first aid trainer, ambulance technician, clinical trainer, or military medic are unregistered and offer no assurance of competence in professional emergency care.

CTP paramedic tutors
CTP tutors are HCPC registered paramedics because clinical qualification, experience, credibility and accountability matter. They also have:
- A paramedic degree
- Current HCPC Paramedic registration
- At least 10 years clinical experience
- At least 5 years in specialist clinical practice
- At least of 3 years in a clinical leadership role
- Approved teaching qualification
- Membership of the Royal College of Paramedics
